This quote is from a conversation between Amun and the Queen.

"She will exercise the splendid kingship in the whole land. My glory will belong to her, my authority will belong to her, and my crown will belong to her. She will rule the Two Lands (Egypt) . . . I will surround her every day with my protection in common with the god of the respective day."

It seems that Egyptians believe that they were able to communicate with their gods as evidenced by Amun’s conversation with queen.

Amun saying ‘She will exercise the splendid kingship in the whole land’ tells me that Hatshepsut’s reign was kind of like a decree from the gods.

‘My glory will belong to her … and my crown will belong to her’ further hints toward Hatshepsut somehow being chosen by the gods to rule over all of Egypt.

‘Surrounding her everyday with my[his] protection in common with the god of the respective day’ suggests that Hatshepsut was so important and powerful that she received additional personal protection from the strongest god in Egypt!
